Order Beef

Cuts of our beef are available at our farm after contacting us about your time preference. Almost every Saturday we maintain a booth, with a well-rounded choice of cuts, at the Columbia Farmers Market in Columbia, MO. 

Sides of beef are generally available. Please contact us about pricing and availability. Deposits are due at time of portion commitment.

We sell to a limited number of restaurants. One of our favorites is Barred Owl Butcher & Table in Columbia, Missouri. They do additional aging and make fantastic tasty Wagyu delicacies.
